Michael, you were on my mind all weekend. It felt strange making my way to Buffalo to play music without you here. I met all of these lovely people. I told them what a light you are and how much you mean to the Buffalo music scene, but I wish they could know you. I know it’s a small thing, but I dedicated “Woven” to you and was lucky enough to get it recorded. The beater for my snare drum broke at the end of the previous song, and you can see me try to use it but bail when I realized halfway through the intro that it wasn’t going to work. I love you my brother, and I’m looking forward to seeing you soon!
